Article XI -
Compensation |

11.01
Salary
No director
of officer shall receive any salary, fee, or other remuneration for
services rendered as director of officer. The directors may, by
resolution, provide for the payment of reasonable compensation for
services rendered by persons who may be voting members, directors or
officers of the Regional Society in specific capacities.
11.02
Reimbursement
The Board of Directors may, by resolution, provide for the reimbursement
of any director, officer or member for reasonable budgeted expenses
incurred by the director,
officer or
member carrying out any business of the Regional Society including, but
not limited
to,
traveling to and from attending meetings of the directors or any
Regional society committee |
