10.01 Composition 
The Board of Directors of the Regional Society may establish an Executive Committee which shall consist of the elective officers. 

10.02 Duties 
Consistent with applicable state law, the Executive Committee will be charged by the Board with addressing issues between Board meetings, subject to limitations imposed be Board policy.  The Executive Committee shall take no action (a) with respect to the election of officers, or (b) with respect to filling vacancies on the Board of Directors or Executive Committee.
